"I was very disappointed when my mother called me after receiving these flowers. The flowers were all buds, which I guess was fine because they ended up lasting longer. My main disappointment was that the card I wrote for her wasn't included in the box. My mother and I are very big on heartfelt words, so that was even more important to me than the flowers themselves. Even though she didn't say so, I know she was a little disappointed as well. I guess I know what I won't be buying next year."

"The recommended vase seemed to be too small to accept 20 tulip stems. Following all the instructions provided in the package, only about half of the 20 tulips survived two days & the balance had to be disposed of by the end of day four. I could do the same for far less expense & get sme results from a supermarket."

"I wrote a review a few days ago with a negative review of the tulips. The ones I received were wilted and dropping petals by the third day. A friend of mine suggested I call customer service and they sent out a replacement tulips immediately. This time the tulips were great. the buds were tight and none were wilted. I will purchase from redenvelope and Proflowers again since they honored their 7 day freshness guarantee."
