Very disappointed February 21, 2011
"My husband ordered 1 dozen roses for Valentines Day. They arrived safely on the Monday. I followed all the procedures suggested. By Tuesday thebaby's breath was shrivelling up. This is a week later. Two of the roses opened very slightly. The rest are still tight little buds turning black. I am very disappointed and surprised. We have had flowers from you before and they have been beautiful. What do you suppose went wrong this time?"

Dead and wilted February 18, 2011
"I was disappointed with the quality of the roses. Within a day, the heads were drooping towards the table. I had to run to the grocery store to replace them. I won't be buying roses online ever again."
