"This was such a beautiful, colorful mix or roses, so well received! It would have been nice to add a few sprigs of green leaves, but it is enjoyed. I appreciated that the vase was separate, given the enormous collection of vases that we gather.....so did the recipient. And no added delivery OR ANY other fees!! Great tracking system and we were notified via email when delivered!!"

"I send flowers for my Aunt every Christmas, Birthday and Mother's Day. My Aunt has only been disappointed once with a gift of flowers that she received from me via Pro Flowers/Red Envelope. There was delivery service issue. The package containing the flowers were not placed at her front door. When she found them several hours later they were frozen solid! She was so sad when she told me about this. I contacted the Customer service department. They were so very nice and apologetic (even though it was not their fault). They sent a new order of Roses the next day to my Aunt. I will always trust Pro-Flowers/Red Envelope with my long distance gifts. The flowers are fresh, fragrant and last over a week! They help me to make my Aunt's special occasions more special."
