"The number of roses was 6 short. The roses were wilting within 48 hours. The roses were not as tall as promised. They were packaged in such a way as to make it difficult to set up. Wife angry!"

"Have purchased roses each year for our wedding anniversary and was very disappointed this time. Received two dozen red roses on Friday Dec. 18th and followed directions cutting an inch off the stems and adding the freshness package and doing the same thing three days later as instructed. By wednesday the 23rd all the roses had wilted and died."

"I have used Proflowers before with good luck, but this shipment was a bust. Most of the roses were dead in 3 to 5 days. My wife is Dutch and KNOWS flowers. She handled them properly. This was a bad bunch. I buy flowers almost every week, locally. I used Proflowers because I wanted this to be special. It did not work out."

"I purchased these as an anniversary gift for my wife, and they arrived with every bud completely opened. They finished blooming in 3 days and died by the 4th day. I ordered them on a Wednesday for Thursday delivery, and they were dead by Sunday night. I am presuming I got a bad batch as I have ordered from ProFlowers many times in the past with good results."
