"Though my daughter would not complain, she only received 18 flowers, 3 she had to throw away from the box. The rest were in full bloom and died on 3rd day. No, I would not order from you again. And if this is truly a guarantee, I think two dozen, meaning 24 "live" roses should have been sent, they should have lasted at max a week, and since you didn't deliver, a refund, a redo, with something truly exceptional accompanying it should be your response. Again, she would never complain, but there were tears in her eyes when she saw them all withered just three days later."

"The picture that is with the Two Dozen Long Stemmed Rainbow Roses was beautiful. But that is not what the roses looked like when my wife received them! There was no Red, or Pink ones. There were 6 yellow and 6 orange. That left 12 White? As much money as I was charged, I was very disappointed and would not order them again. The picture needs to be changed if that is not what is going to be delivered!"

"the roses were mostly dingy yellow, and partially rotten out of the box. half of them were bent over in two days. no amount of changing the water, trimming the stems and adding food would help."

"the red flowers were not in very good condition and are not opening up. There was not a packet of preservative included in the shipment. My wife is having to change the water every day. I would not recommend ordering from red envelope again."

"I purchased these for my mom's birthday yesterday. I brought them in immediately when they were delivered. I was disappointed when I opened the box. Even though the flowers were packed in something to help retain their moisture, they were wilted and many petals were wrinkled and dirty. Frankly, they looked beyond repair. I was not happy. But, per the directions, I went ahead and did everything they said completely. And happily, by the end of the day, the roses had perked up, opened nicely and now are actually quite pretty. My mom was happy and I ended up being happy as well. I think the directions should probably be a bit more explicit so opening the box isn't such a surprise."
