"I was very disappointed to learn that the day after my mom received her birthday flowers, they had already started dying. By the second day, most of them had wilted and were lifeless. I could have gone to a grocery store and purchased an arrangement that would have lasted several days; not pay an inflated price for flowers that are, for all practical purposes, dead within 48 hours of delivery."

"I sent ProFlowers last year (2011) at Valentine's Day, and the service was excellent. I also used Sherrie's Berries for flowers and strawberries for Valentine's Day 2012, and again the service for delivery was excellent, but this time the flowers were possibly damaged in transit, as several blooms never fully opened. They appeared to have some damage, as the petals were rather dry and discolored as they attempted to open. My wife discarded then within 1 day. The berries were excellent however, and very beautiful and tasty."

"These are the worst flowers I have ever gotten from you. They were ordered for our anniversary on Octobber 7th. It has been 6 days, they are dying and they never even opened. They did not endure any harsh weather and were vased on the day they were delivered. I am not at all satisfied with this purchase."
