"It didn't look like the ones pictured. I did the best way I could to preserve them following the directions religiously. Proflowers should have provided more packets of plant food inside the box. The greens wilted very fast and the roses lost their freshness faster. Usually, the other Proflowers such as the red roses I was fully satisfied, but these whites did'nt. I'm sorry. I like the red roses better."

Cold weather affected the roses January 06, 2010
"I have ordered from proflowers several times. This was the first time that I was disappointed. I heard from my grandmother that the roses were not delivered in the greatest shape. She believes that the truck must have been loaded the night before and the severe cold weather affected them. She said half of the roses were wilted upon delivery. I would not order this arrangement in the winter again."

Disappointment December 22, 2009
"Roses were delivered for my own use. I have worked in the floral design industry in the past & I am familiar with the criteria for quality flowers. These arrived on time & I took them in right away gave them a fresh cut & put them in treated water promptly. Disappointment came upon closer examination. The leaves had patches on them indicating disease, & they had softened heads. Something you don't want when they first arrive. I was not surprized at all on 3rd day of display when many of the rose heads drooped to the table. NOT industry standard. They should last 5 days minimum with fresh cuts & treated/changed water. Spring flowers are the flowers to last only 3 to 5 days, NOT typical for roses. They were not quality flowers."
