"The quantity and colors were great. Unfortunaltely two of the three packages were not sealed well and 2/3 of the roses had brown tinges on the ends. I didn't call as not sure what good it would have done. I have used Pro-Flowers several times with good results - this is the first time the product has come through Red Envelope. Not really happy with this purchase."

"Roses were just as pictured and described, and were delivered on time. It is now 6 days later and they still look good. I wish shipping was not quite so expensive, but I understand that overnight delivery is not cheap, and that shipping cost is mostly not under the control of ProFlowers. I like being able to see a picture of what will be sent, which is not usually possible when you are sending flowers to a distant location and just call a local florist. This is my second order with ProFlowers and I have been completely satisfied both times."
