"When I got the roses--2 days later than you told me I would get them--they looked pretty good. BUT they have looked worse each day and are gradually dying, with the buds and leaves drying up and dying. I have been very disappointed with it. I did exactly what I was told to do, and it is almost dead."

Bad Delivery Made Good May 20, 2013
"So glad to see that there is still good customer service out there. When the package arrived at my mom's location, the plant didn't look so great. She followed the directions and gave it a drink. It never looked any better over the weekend so she called the help number. I understand their approach was terrific and acknowledged that it was not the way the plant should arrive. They put another one on order and it arrived in much better shape. Thanks for making it right!"

Not 100% Sure Im Satisfied May 16, 2013
"Ordered these for the grandmas for mothers day and I am not sure that Im satisfied. The bow was grosgrain which was nice but it arrived kind of lopsided. The woven basket was ok but did look nicer online. My mother reported that when she received hers, some of the flowers had bloomed and others were buds. My mother in laws just started to bloom. Im not sure that I am 100% satisfied with the product. I know the picture indicates it arrives in bud form but Im hesitant to write a final review... also dont think I would order this again"

"It is not what the picture suggested, the flower I received was scattered and withered. Since it was not in a condition that I can give to my friend as a birthday gift, I called the customer service line and received a full refund. The customer service is great though."

"Ordered these for my mother this mother's day. Friday delivery was executed promptly! This product is very nice for its cost -- the roses arrived small but have been blooming for the past week or so, so it is starting to look more like the photo above. I would rather an arrangement like this arrive before being in full bloom, so the person I gave it to can enjoy it longer. Off White metal container is a very nice added touch, well worth the added cost."
