"All this consists of is copies of NYT pages in questionable quality. Looks like someone went to a copy machine. Delivery was much later than promised. website kept losing the contents of my shopping bag---very frustrating when ordering custom products like this."

"I was very happy with the personalized New York Times book that I ordered for my father. It came right on time and was filled with great articles from my dad's birth date as well as important news headlines from the year that he was born. The writing in the book is extremely small, but we bought a magnifying glass to help my dad with the small print. He loved it!"

Binding flaw at front cover September 30, 2010
"An ok keepsake. When the order arrived the inside front cover binding was loose. There is no way I can give it as a gift in this condition. I'm going to try to glue it back together, hoping it works. The print is also too small to read, but I think most people only skim the book for the headlines anyway. Don't think I'd order another."
