"There was a problem with the flower shop provider with their inventory, so they sent me other flowers instead to comply with the order purchased. When I contacted the customer service department of redENVELOPE they found out the issue and sent me again the original order out of charge for the inconvenience. My wife was pleased that I chose this website because she got the flowers on time, and then she got another gift later on during the week, which by the way are still on the center table because that's how long they last. I am glad they take responsibility of a problem."
