"The top 5 to 7 buds on each stem never opened. The ones that were open when received were not very fresh or vibrant. Thus, the bunch appeared much smaller and less colorful than pictured. My wife loved the thought though, and they did last for a week, so 3 stars."

"I got these for my wife for mother's day. I was excited by the unique quality of this arrangement and I knew my wife would love it. Unfortunately when the flowers arrived they looked NOTHING like the photo. Scrawny, sparsely flowered stalks and 3/4 of the flowers had not opened yet. The ones that had opened started losing petals the very same day. Just pitiful looking. This arrangement is not cheap so don't waste your money!"

Disappointed December 30, 2009
"I gave the flowers to my mother for Christmas, and my wife's comment when we got there was that the flowers looked "somewhat ragged and disappointing." Most of the blooms were not open, and may not open since they had been in water for 4 days. The bouquet looked like it was only 1/3 of what was in the picture, with the flowers at the bottom opened up, but the top 2/3's was weak."

"Flowers were sent for a 25th wedding anniversary and awed my sister and B-I-L. They were in great shape........although they had been left in 25 degree temps at 5pm at the doorstep when no one was home. They came home from dinner about 1.5 hrs. later. Now, in Silver Spring/Wheaton, MD they had 2 foot of snow the day before, so the roads were dreadful. #1)I'm thrilled they were delivered ontime. #2) Why didn't they call the home when no one was home at time of delivery? If my sister had been gone for most of the evening, the flowers would have frozen for sure. I'm grateful they left them, but worried for future deliveries about the way the delivery folks did not follow your policy. Any feedback would be appreciated. I use your business about 2-3 times a year."
