"First I must say that the customer service at Red Envelope is outstanding. However, the product I purchased left much to be desired. I had to send the product back because it arrived damaged. Red Envelope sent a replacement within two days, but that replacement had moisture inside where the diamonds are. I have not attempted to send this one back yet, but will be contacting customer service shortly. I still enjoy shopping from this site, as they carry unique and typically quality items. One bad experience will not turn me off."
