"This purchase was very disappointing. I am so surprised by the quality of items from Red Envelope these days. I have spent a ton of money with this company over the years and within the past year I feel like the quality of items, packaging, and shipping timelines has really gone down. At first I purchased a similar necklace to this one where we could place five birthstones (for my mom's five kids) on it. Red Envelope called to say that they couldn't fulfill it, so I picked out this slightly more expensive one. When it shipped, I only received four of the five pendants and two of the four we received were tarnished. Red Envelope's customer service team was good about getting the return order in, but I was still very disappointed to not be able to give my mom a complete present :("
