"Although it's a nice idea, it's worthless. Because the International Astronomic Union does not recognize names submitted by random people, there's no actual "claim" to a star, and the name is not official in any way. You'd be just as well off printing your own little certificate and presenting that."

Fun, Creative Gift I bought this kit for a friend's baby shower. I thought it would be a unique and fun twist on the traditional baby shower gifts. And, in fact, my friend loved it!
