"I bought this for my niece who was having her first baby knowing that she would most likely have another. She LOVED it and was so happy with it wore it all the time. Then she had another baby and she has a step son that she asked me to get an additional stone for him, only problems was you dont have any of these stones available. Please re order your stones so i can buy them for her to add to this necklace. Then I will be glad to change my review to FIVE STARS!!! Oh and assembly was not an issue she said it was super easy. Great necklace - easy to add charms to For those who aren't sure . . . you can definitely add birthstones as you go, the "heart arms" open at the top and the other stones slide onto this so as your family grows, so can your necklace. It was very nice, packaged nicely and the pendant itself is a decent size.
