"purchased this for my girlfriend lilies are her favorite..she got them on V day and she said they were half dead although they do come as bud form i didnt pay any mind to that figuered they'd open up and look great however its been a week already today and i saw them and only two opened like half way and the rest are still closed, they were placed in warm water and in a warm room and nothing, very dissapointed will not order from this website again...save yourself the embarrasment and search elsewhere for better quality."

"When my flowers came, some of the ends/pedals were brown. That was a let down, I also noticed I didn't receive my flower food aswell. This upset me because it was my anniversary, and I wanted everything to be perfect. When I called them up to complain/ get a refund the lady I spoke with was very nice. She didn't try to argue with me, or make up excuses, which was nice for a change. She offerered to send another set of flowers, and refunded me some money. She they reason I might consider buying from this site again"

"I sent this flower bouquet with a green vase to my mother in law for her birthday. I had it addressed to her at her assisted living facility. What I found out is that the box with the flowers didn't get delivered to my mother in law because it was in a regular cardboard box, and the office there didn't realize it was flowers, so held it here until my father in law came for it the following day (after I insisted it had been sent). The flowers were very tight when they first arrived, but my father in law followed the directions for putting together the flowers with the fertilizer, and he's called to say that the flowers are opening beautifully."
