"I have been a bit disappointed with the presentation of the bouquet. It reached the recepient on 12/16/09,and the funeral was three days later. I flew in a day before the funeral and the lilies were still fully closed up. They didn't open the next day either. In short, I had expected something more spectacular, similar to what the picture on the proflowers' webpage suggested. Therefore, my rating is between "fair and avarage". Sorry!"

"I've always been greatly satisfied with all my purchases from proflowers and that has been many many ones over the years. This is the only time I've ever been less than totally satisfied. My only disappointment with this one was that all the lilies were all closed. And they were not even noticed being right next to the casket. If the had been opened, they definitely would have been. My Godmother (it was here mother's funeral) couldn't even tell me where she saw them."

"I had to go on line to see if I could find this wonderful bouquet of flowers we received during the death of our loved one. They are just gorgeous!. They are long lasting and oh so fragrant. I would love to receive these flowers at anytime, not just for an expression of sympathy. I think this arrangement is better than receiving roses. We have had them over a week, and they still look great. I have never purchased these before, but I will use Proflowers when I have a need to send flowers."
