"this isn't the 1st time this has happened, but its the first time I have written about it.. Your flower arrangements don't come fresh and aren't always as nice looking as the pics (a reasonable difference would suffice). I have heard on 2 separate occasions and have actually been asked "how much did you pay?". Its quite embarrassing and I don't think I will use this service again."
