"First, we had a bad experience with the Delivery. This gift was intended to be a surprise for my mother on her grand 50th birthday but I had to tell her to look for it a few hours after being delivered... But I know that's not directly Red Envelop's fault however they should reconsider their delivery service choices.
Second, the Flowers were limp, and the quantity was less than what was paid for and mentioned in the description. The flowers looked 'okay' for about a day. I ended up running to a nearby flower shop to get them replaced as they were also anticipated to be the centerpiece for her big birthday party a few days after they were delivered and not to mention just downright disappointing and sad-looking. Needless to say, this was a first-time and never-again experience."
