"Purchased this gift for my wife for her birthday. Did not purchase the personalization option. Wooden base is lightweight and finished very well. Tree itself is very sturdy. Attached to base with a single bolt (hidden under felt on bottom). Only complaint that kept it from a 5-star rating is the tree finish. It appears in the photos to be a semi-gloss or polished metal, however, in reality it is probably pewter or cast alloy with a raw, brushed finish. Still, very nice gift and looks like it will hold up well over time."

"I bought this jewelry tree as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. When I received it, I opened it up to look at it and was IN LOVE! I wanted to keep it for myself! I decided to spend the extra money and get the plaque with her initials. I found out when it arrived that it actually came unapplied in a separate envelope. The only thing I wish were different is that it came already on the tree using something sturdier than the glue that came already applied to the back of the plaque. I really want to buy one of these for myself and for my mother, too, because she also loved it when I opened it up! Oh, and my sister-in-law loved her gift! She said she had been wanting a jewelry tree, which I didn't know, so I made an excellent choice. Basically, all of us fell in love with the tree, so you will not be disappointed. :)"

"Looks nice and appears to be made of quality materials (metal and wood). Only gripe I may have is that the base is a bit too narrow. I was resting it on an ottoman which was bumped and it nearly fell over.. It hasn't fallen over yet, but I'm not convinced it wont fall over while I'm putting jewelry on it sometime in the future. All in all I think it was a good purchase!"

The underside is fabric-covered to protect furniture. Purchase the sculpted jewelry tree for a loved one or for yourself and choose the option to engrave a small nickel plaque to be fixed to the base, with up to three initials. The monogrammed plaque comes separate to the jewelry tree in an envelope, allowing you to apply it to the base at your own discretion.
