"The ornament is 100% customized and really neat! My wife loved it. I expected it to be bigger/thicker/heavier... but after I thought about it, it's better to be thin/lighter because you are hanging it on a Christmas tree! If it's too heavy, it won't work. For a custom ornament, it's a pretty neat little ornament."

"I ordered this as a gift, but it came without the & and awkward lines between the wording. It looked horrible. Red Envelopes customer service was great and they immediately rush shipped me a new one to see if it was a one time problem. Unfortunately, the new one looked the same. Again, customer service was great and refunded the purchase."

"Super cute, but does not look like the picture shown. Lines are left between the words and the "&" that is supposed to be automatically included between the names is not there. But it took so long to get it I forgot that & was supposed to be there and I threw away the invoice. I might call and see what they can do for me. Not that big a deal, I still like it."
