"I purchased this ornament to give to my dad for Christmas. He retired this year, so I had it engraved with his name and retirement dates. When I received the ornament, I was not pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship, nor the way they engraved it. The photo on the website showed the circle and deer cut out in the center of the ornament. The one I received was way off center. This wouldn't have been a big deal except it forced the engraving to be off center. Plus the engraving wasn't laid out the way I had specified when ordered. It was too late to return it for a new one, so I gave it to my dad anyway, but I'll never buy another ornament from Red Envelope again."
