"I got this for my dad's bday, since he's a pig collector and a wine drinker I thought it would be perfect but no such luck. The pig is very cute and nicely made but the screw part does just dangle when you release it, not sure if it will work. I guess I should of read the review before purchasing it."

Not a good quality wine opener November 29, 2012
"I purchased the pig wine opener thinking that it would be a great gift for my mother who is a wine lover. Unfortunately, when I received the wine opener I found that the quality is pretty bad i.e. the pig itself is really heavy and the cork screw part kind of just dangles when you release it. I don't think this will be a functioning wine opener, at best just a cute little pig trinket."
