"First of all, I love your unique gifts. I needed something special to send to a new bride and groom all the way across the ocean, or is that oceans? LOL, to Australia. I had also ordered the Love Stones from you, so was thrilled when you gift wrapped the frames and stones in 2 separate pretty gift boxes, and sent them to me. I sent both gifts to Australia, and pics arrived of the bride opening the "big" package. She loved the frames and the stones, and they immediately set forth to assemble their new frames, already making plans for which pictures would go where. The bride was most excited, and I thank Red Envelope for making that happen. You are the best !!!"

Look great, but can be a hassle February 06, 2013
"I love the look of these, and installation was super easy. The hard part comes when you link together each of the frames and the hardware was not properly installed by the manufacturer and none of the frames are level and just look a mess. I bought one of these a year or two ago and it was perfect. I purchased two more to give to my husband for Christmas, and neither lived up to expectations. They are up and on the wall, but took a lot of time to re-do, tweak, etc the hardware to make each picture level."

Wonderful Customer Service! January 16, 2013
"This is the second wall gallery frame we purchased to display pictures of our many grandchildren. The product is well made and we have received compliments on its design. When we received the second frame, I accidentally threw away the two end caps and screws. I called Red Envelope for help, not knowing what they could do, but Sherri, a customer service rep, was fantastic! She took the time to track down the parts we needed and then had them shipped to us at no cost! What a quality company and what a quality helper was Sherri! The parts arrived quicker than I expected and it is now hung. Needless to say, we are Big Fans of Red Envelope."

"I received promptly, packaged very well. I opened to examine and am very pleased with this product. I placed two pictures for my recipient and am leaving the rest for them. Best Picture Frame I have all three wall gallery frames in my home and just purchased the small set for my son's new apartment. I love these frames and have received many compliments from friends and family. The quality is excellent and I love being able to easily change photos.
