Great product but printing was off February 13, 2013
"I rarely write product reviews but I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Overall, it is a great and unique product. The issue we had was that our name is short and for some reason the printing of our name was squeezed together and very close to the next line 'Brewing'. I just wanted to warn other short named folks of this issue. I gave the product 4 starts because I would still recommend it if it is printed correctly (My guess is that a longer name would look right). Regardless, Red Envelope's customer service earned this product an extra star from me because each rep I spoke to was always polite and offered a replacement and then a refund for the product because we just couldn't get it right. I will purchase from this site in the future thanks to their excellent service."
