"Ordered this pillow for a friend's house warming. I almost sent it directly to her house and I am so glad that I did not!! The pillow looks great online however in person it looks very sad. The online photos show a fully stuffed pillow but beware that this is not what you will receive! The pillow case is way too big for the pillow insert that comes with it. As for the embroidering it was done correctly however it looks like the velvet fabric got jammed in the process so the velvet has a chunk missing. Not sure where quality control was or if there even was one but I will be contacting customer service to see how they will correct this."
