"The glasses were of very poor quality; they were made of very thick glass and had fat, uneven edges. They did not offer a gift box for this item and the box they did come in was an unfinished cardboard box, the kind you would use for moving. The etching was fine, but overall I would not recommend this or buy it again."

"The glasses were as descibed and all the printed matter showed that I had requested a block initial on the redwine glasses and a script initial on the white wine glasses. However the red wine glasses were printed with a script initial which is not what I had ordered. They are a gift and I did not have the time to reutrn them and wait for a new order."
