"I ordered the square insignia charm with my daughter's initial to add with another charm on a necklace. The charm I received was nice, but I expected a heavier piece for the price. The silver was very thin. Even with the price of silver increasing so much recently, I was unprepared for how thin it was. However, it's a great size (diameter) and I've worn it for about three weeks without it tarnishing or needing to be cleaned. Overall, a good purchase, but wait until it goes on sale if you can."

"The insignia charms are so original and I have received several compliments on them. I really like the old world look. However, I developed a rash on my chest from the charms, I must be allergic to the metal. I used clear nail polish to coat the charms to protect my skin, and that seems to work."

"I'm disappointed with the quality of this charm and necklace. The design is really great but the craftsmanship leaves alot to be desired. Looks and feels cheap. It took five minutes to fasten the tiny cheap clasp. I'm considering returning it. Expected it to be as it looks online and in the catalog."

"I received this as a 30th birthday gift from my parents. I love love love it! The chain is a perfect weight- strong enough to hold the charms but not to heavy. I got four charms, and I like the way that they fall differently while I move around so a different one if always showing. I got 3 charms to represent my children and one to represent my children. Its so personal and romantic."
