"Loved the pic on the site and purchased for a friend's husband's MBA graduation. I decided to open up the box today and boy am I glad I did: The personalized type was off-centered in the oval and was smushed together. I thought maybe it was me when I unwrapped a glass but when I went to the site, I saw it was gorgeous—centered and carefully-set wide type. The good news is I spoke with a super nice Red Envelope rep who is taking all my comments and is contacting the company to have them re-done. Also, I don't have to send them back to Red Envelope—they are taking my word for it. So, thank you, RE! I do appreciate it. Let's hope the mugs come back as shown on the website! ;- )"

"The weight of the glass is nice - good quality. The design is nice. No spelling errors, but my disappointment stems from the quality of the personalizing. There were extraneous marks on 3 out of the 4 glasses. I debated calling to request a new set, but my husband encouraged me to keep them. He feels my nephew will not notice or be bothered by the marks. I am hoping he is right."

Not Dishwasher Safe! March 25, 2013
"I bought these for my husband for Valentines Day. I am very disappointed in the quality. The instructions say they are dishwasher safe, however after having owned them for just more than a month they are fading, badly. Had I known they were not dishwasher safe I would have treated them accordingly. I love to own a full set of 12, unfortunately I cannot justify the expense for something that isn't going to hold up over time."
