"From the picture, I liked the item. I bought it and sent it as an engagement gift. I hope the recipients liked it as well. I know they received it. They thanked me for it. Do recipients receive a similar feedback request? I think they should, this way you will get a true feel for the level of product satisfaction. I'm trusting that the item got to the recipients in the condition promised/expected (undamaged, packaged as expected, i.e., in the red box, with the note card, etc.). As a buyer/giver of the gift, I'd like to know for certain without having to ask the recipients. I know that when I buy an online gift from Tiffany's, the item will be packaged in their signature blue box, no question in my mind. By virtue of their brand, I'm pretty certain the recipient will like the gift. I don't quite have that same certainty with Red Envelope, at least not yet...
