"I bought 2 boxes to give as gifts. They are beautiful and made the perfect gift, but each one had a slight imperfection. On one box the silver latch had some green paint on it and the other box's lid did not quite match the bottom, so it sat slightly askew. It was not enough to make me return them, but I was a little bit disappointed by these small, sloppy imperfections. I still recommend the box as a gift and the personalized silver plaque is a nice touch."

"I was really excited to see this box because my best friend's favorite flowers are yellow roses and it was her birthday plus she's moving so I wanted to put momentos in there since we've been best friends since we were in kindergarten (now 32). I do agree with some other reviews that the box is a little small - I had to cut down any 4x6" photos so they would lay flat. Also, this is the 2nd purchase I've made where the requested shipment date that I paid extra for was missed. So it missed me being able to get it to her on her birthday. Lastly, the card on it with the story has a typo - it says the box has 12 roses, when actually it has 16. Looks like 12 in the photo due to the angle it was taken. Overall I'm still glad I got it for her and I'm sure she'll cherish it."

"A group of us gave this gift to a loved one who was relocating. The box is excellent for storing momentums and family treasures. We filled it with letters and a gift to start. The box was too small for a note card or envelope. It should at least be wide enough on the inside to fit a note card. But this box filled with yellow roses (in the top) was a memorable gift. Glad we chose it!"
