"I was really excited about the prospects of giving this as a gift. I found the online ordering process, especially related to the personalization, difficult to complete. I had typed in the name of the person for the front of the book as well as the special note inside. When I received it, the name was totally missing from the front! The personal note inside was correct. How did this happen????? There needs to be a "review of the final order" page so you can see exactly what the personalization will look like. I'm disappointed. Is there a way to get it personalized on the front even though I have it in my possession?"
