Wrong in so many ways.. January 05, 2013
"First of all.. when it arrived, the frame was broken. It's very cheap - compressed wood held together with low grade glue. I tried to glue it back together, but it just wouldn't hold. Also.. unless you're 100% certain about all of the facts.. getting something personalized isn't such a great idea. Our gifter left off the family dog and got the "established" date wrong. Furthermore.. the people characters couldn't look more different than our family! Not something I'd hang, for many reasons. I ended up returning it for store credit. Sweet idea, but poor product. I've never used Redenvelope before, I hope what I order to replace this is better quality."

"This looked sooo cute online - I ordered it for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding anniversary. Not only did it NOT arrive on time (even though when I ordered it, it was scheduled to arrive by their anniversary), but when I finally saw the hanging I was so disappointed! The ink is WAY to light - there's no contrast between the figures and the canvas itself - it looks much cheaper than it was! For the price, it definitely is not worth buying!"

Not the correct family size line-up December 27, 2012
"When we received the wall art of the family we found that the children sizes were not correct (ie. my six year old son was shorter than my four year old girl). This likely was caused by my lack of attention to detail when ordering - please let this be a reminder to take your time when ordering. Also - I would choose a different background color from the white. Greg"

"I wish I was able to see a preview before I ordered it. The "colors" are white and gray, and you cannot see the font/people from a few feet away. Very unsatisfied because with the price ticket, I would expect a better product."

"I was so excited to order this in the horizontal version for the perfect empty spot on our wall. The end result was icredibly disappointing. They just stuck the vertical version in the middle of the horizontal canvas with lots of blank canvas on either side of the middle. Not to mention that what is there is narrow and hard to see. From a distance, looks like a blank white canvas. An absolute waste of money."
