"After receiving an incorrect product twice ("household" missing), the third delivery was printed correctly. Overall, the customer service was excellent, but the product is disappointing. Had I paid full price plus shipping for this article, I would be upset with the quality and value. Having purchased it on sale and having been given the insert at no cost along with two incorrect covers, it's merely OK."

"I think the pillow is a cute idea, and I was mostly pleased with it when I received it, but it is overpriced. Also, the word household is said to be included. I received the pillow without the word household twice before they finally sent me the correct pillow. So for a late Christmas gift, the hassle and the product being overpriced, I'm not sure it was worth purchasing. Will warn friends against Red Enevelope and their overpriced items. It's a shame too, so many cute items!"

"The instructions clearly say that "household est." will be automatically inserted into the personalized area, however it was not there when I received my pillow. It simply reads "name est. mm.dd.year population: 4" Also, the filling is embarrasingly thin, and the printing looks cheap. The white paint is so thin that the red shows through making it appear pink. So disappointing."

"I sent this pillow to my best friend for her birthday. It arrived with a large chunk of ink out of the buck and smudged on the fabric. One of the 2's has the same type of smudge. It was far too expensive to be less than perfect! I was so embarrassed when my friend mentioned it! I will never order from Red Envelope again!!"

"This was such a cute gift that we received as a Chritmas present! Overall, it is great. I just wish that for the deer representing boys- they had little horns-like a button buck. I have 2 girls and a boy and would like a differentiation between the sexes. I am guessing that it is not done because it increases the choices and causes more room for error. Just a suggetion."
