"I ordered what I thought was a pillow for my husband for Valentine's Day and was so disappointed that it was only the cover. Didn't have time to find a pillow for it and I'm not sure even now where to find one that size. So it sits in the bottom drawer of the dresser. Very sad."

"I bought this pillow for my friend who recently lost her dog to cancer. She was very touched by the gift. The overall quality of the fabric is good and it seems durable. Two criticisms: 1. It is very expensive for what you get 2. The filling in the pillow was a bit lacking. It could have used a few extra handfuls of filling."

"My family got a real kick out of these. I ordered the lab & chihuahua pillow covers printed with our catch phrases for each pet. Cute idea...visitors all ask where I got such a neat pillow! While the fabric is crisp and neat, the printing on mine is not very bold. I like the look, but others may be disappointed. I will be careful when laundering mine. I wouldn't recommend placing these in an area in which they get a lot of wear."

"I am thrilled with my personalized pet silhouette pillow. Overall it's a good quality, the silhouette is really cute, and I lover that the cover is removable so I can wash it. However, I'm not sure how well the silhouette is going to hold up to being washed repeatedly. I haven't washed it at all yet, but to be on the safe side, I'd use the gentle cycle and probably line dry it."

"This was a great hit with the family of the greatest granddog ever! To be able to choose the silhouette of the dog along with adding his name and a descriptive phrase was just the perfect gift. I think the pillow cover should be embroidered, rather than printed, for the price. Or perhaps the price should be reduced. Another option, keep the price and add the pillow insert at no additional cost."

Somewhat disappointing December 30, 2012
"I ordered these pillows for a Christmas present. As you can see by the photos, the quality control is not great. I called Customer Service and explained that one pillow had less paint on the image and would not stand up to washing. They WERE GREAT! They sent me another cover almost overnight, just in time for Christmas...BUT it had the same defect. I can't put the pillows side-by-side as it highlights the difference in quality. The image/words on the second pillow are much fainter/thinner than the first. I would recommend this with reservations."
