"The mug is great, I got charcoal and the color matches the picture and description well. The font size is smaller than expected though, probably 12 point Word equivalent, which on a mug is small. There also needs to be more room for additional letters, even if you need to purchase the additional space."

"So disappointed. Last year (2011) the mug was a much better size. These mugs are for giants, I guess. And the personalization is a joke. Tiny letters, not at all like what was pictired online inb the description. I was embarassed when I saw the gift I was giving."
