"I absolutely LOVE the sign, which I ordered as a gift. However, I should have looked at the sign before I wrapped it...It was cracked at the bottom. I have been happy with my purchases in the past and knew that Red Envelope would want to know. I'm sure they will gladly replace the sign!"
