"I ordered the cutting board for a gift for my husband for fathers day. He loved it! He likes to cook, and uses cutting boards all the time. He loved the personalized board, and he loved the size. Unfortunately, after using it about twice, it cracked! We never put it in the dishwasher, only washed by hand, but it cracked in half. I called red envelope, and they sent us a new one. The new one cracked also, within a week! I called red envelope again, and they sent us one last board. This one we use mostly for decoration, and rarely use it. When we do use it, we use as gently as we can, and I even put wood conditioner on it to help preserve it, but sure enough, it is starting to crack. Poor quality product. Too bad, because it is a very cute idea! :("
