"Wish these came with the coasters imprinted, then the gift would have been exceptional. Instead, unless you're looking at the wooden box, they're just boring, plain white coasters. Not the usually impactful Red Envelope gift I'm used to."

"I bought these coaster as christmas corporate gifts in November. They had imprints on both the coasters and the box. I loved it. Subsequently I decided to order another batch beginning of December to include some of the other colleagues in the company and they had the personalization on the box but the tiles were plain white. How can this be? I had to change the gifts totally as Red Envelope insisted that the item comes with blank tiles. I think if you insist on that, then the coasters are overpriced! Totally disappointed."

"The coasters themselves are nice and heavy, but the box is junk. Almost balsa wood weight. And as others have noted, the print on the box is much smaller than pictured. What a bummer, if these were nicely made, these would be the perfect gift. Now I have to go the mall. I'm not sure if I'll give Red Envelope another try after getting these."

"When I ordered these, they were represented to have the personalization on the coaster themselves. What I received has nothing. I read others comments that the imprint on the coasters are hard to see unless held up to the light, so went back and put them right under the brightest light in the house ... there is absolutely nothing on the ones sent to me. A great idea in concept has turned into a very disappointing Christmas gift which was to be given to good friends. My first purchase from Red Envelope that has been a disappointment."

"I thought these would make a special personalized gift. I have ordered several items from Red Envelope and have been very pleased, but this item is a big disappointment. You cannot read the engraving on the costers unless you hold them/tilt them in the right light. Even the wooden box they come in, the engraving is marginal. I actually ordered four more for family before I received the first one, but I will probably not be giving them to anyone."

"The printing on the coaster case is MUCH smaller than in the photo. I totally missed where it said the printing was only on the case... NOT on the Coasters! Why call them personalized coasters when the coasters are blank?! BLAH. Not nearly the fun gift I thought it would be."
