"The coaster seem to be nice and the box is beautiful except both sets that I ordered were not personalized. So I have a set of 10 lovely plain white tiles with 2 personalized boxes that don't even have my name on them. The good thing is that they didn't ask me to return these when I called for a replacement. I've yet to receive the corrected ones so who knows what'll happen with those. And the recipients will have an extra personalized box for jewelry or something."

"I purchased these for gifts and I am very happy with the choice. The on line picture do them no justice; they are much nicer in person. The finish may not prevent the sweat from glasses from running onto the furniture but they are still very beautiful. The monogram really adds a personal touch. Even the case is really nice to add to your decorations."
