My brother whose last name begins with an "H" received the package, said thanks, but the last name is wrong??? The shipped it to the last name. I am traveling & not one receipt shows exactly what I ordered only generically "personalized". How embarrassing & what a pain!!! Suppose at least two people received the wrong gift!!!"
