"I am very disappointed in the personalized logo used on this cap. The name in the center is crooked, and the “est date” is smudged and very lightly printed. I was planning on ordering nine of the caps, but ordered one cap for a quality check before ordering more. I am very glad that I did not order all nine caps."

We believe this is part of the charm and appeal of this item. The patch should, however, be centered and should not have any defects. This is the first instance that we heard negative feedback on this product and we have addressed these issues internally and we feel confident that we can deliver quality.
