"I bought this necklace for my Mother for Mother's Day 2013. I thought she would love the vintage look and the special idea of the note inside that you can personalize is so intimate and sweet. I engraved a very sweet message reminding her that I am always with her no matter how far apart we are. I am very happy with this product and the price was in line with the quality and beauty. My only issue is they should oxidize the engraving so that it turns black since the engraving is so light and gold in color that you have to hold the little plate at an angle to read it. Its not worth a bad rating but something for RE to think of moving forward and suggesting to their engraver."

"I purchased this as a little something extra for my wife for Valentine's Day. The problem is not with the necklace, but with the personalized engraving on the little love letter inside. At first glance, it looked blank, but upon (much) closer inspection, I could just make out the engraving. In the flier I received in the mail the lettering was quite distinct, appearing much darker than the insert and therefore more legible. I'm disappointed."
