"I purchased two of these. Can't beat the sale price! I was baffled at the limit of 7 characters--it certainly limits the sale of this item if people are interested in personalizing it. Luckily, my last name went from 9 letters to 4 letters when I married. I wanted to give one to my children's teacher, but her last name was too long. I lucked out and was able to embroider her first name, as well as her husband and daughter's first names. It initially didn't cross my mind to put three first names on the garland. The 7 character and three line limit might not work for a family's first names either. Anyhow, they both look fantastic, and with the sale price were quite a deal. Looking forward to using our new garland this year, and for years to come!!!!"
