"The cuff links were nice and good quality, but they were smaller than I expected. Plus they have stationary posts and are therefore shorter than ones that toggle close. That caused the shirt cuffs to be tighter than normal. I'm not happy with that."

"I paid the extra money to get a gift box, and when the gift was opened, there was a 2nd box, just as lovely inside. So there was no need at all for paying for gift wrapping. I assumed since that was an option in my purchase, that if I didn't purchase a gift box, the links would come in a bag or something. I'd love a refund of the gift box part. Also, the note came on a card with perferation on the edge of the paper. Not very classy. So basically the presentation was my only complaint. The actual gift was lovely."
