"I would love to review the Topaz Murano loop necklace but the truth is that RedEnvelope has yet been able to send me the correct product. I have now received the Violet version twice. To say the least, it has been a hassle (calling RedEnvelope, shipping back product, etc.) that has cost both RedEnvelope and me more than the necklace is worth.
What troubles me the most is that RedEnvelope customer service is not willing to resolve the root of the problem which likely is based in their order system (i.e. order Topaz but Violet shows up on the invoice). I had to recommend to the call center rep that they call me back when they are ready to discuss how they are going to guarantee that I get the correct necklace on the third attempt. I haven't heard back from them in the time-frame that they said I would receive a call back.
Buyer beware, if you order Topaz, you likely will receive the Violet version. Maybe I should order Violet and see what happens.....
At this time, I am a dissatisfied customer. Only time will tell if I remain a RedEnvelope customer. Ball is in their court."
