"It looks way prettier in picture and the three letter initial that they engrave is barely visible because they do it very lightly and the metal that they do it on is not even polished well. The message that I expected them to print with the gift also didnt look special at all. I m giving them two stars because they agreed to change the initial and the packaging box looked good."
