"It looks way prettier in picture and the three letter initial that they engrave is barely visible because they do it very lightly and the metal that they do it on is not even polished well. The message that I expected them to print with the gift also didnt look special at all. I m giving them two stars because they agreed to change the initial and the packaging box looked good."

"I ordered this for my mom for Christmas and when I got it in the engraved piece was chiped of the gold color. I called and talked to the most helpful rep and she sent me another one which was backordered until Jan. 19. She let me keep the messed up one so my mom would have something to open on Christmas anyway until the new one arrived. The second one came on Jan. 19 exactly and was perfect! My mom loves it and wears it often! It is very heavy metal and looks great on! I have never had such accomodating service from any retailer before! Be confident in being taken care of by Red Envelope!"
