"I was very disappointed in the quality of the locket. I had been looking for something special and sentimental for my grown daughter's birthday, something she could pass on to my grandaughter. I could see the disapointment on her face as she immediately noticed the poor craftsmanship with which it was made! I was hoping to have a lovely site to use for special occasions, but does not fit the bill."
